Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Controller to help build and scale the accounting function for a growing Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company. This is a high-impact role for a CPA with public accounting, startup/scaleup, and/or private equity experience who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, owning the details, and creating structure in a fast-moving environment. You’ll be responsible for everything from day-to-day accounting operations to audit leadership, inventory and cost accounting, and designing scalable processes that support growth.

  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup or mid-market environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, and has built or rebuilt accounting functions before.
  • Role is REMOTE with occasional travel to Florida office.
