The role is full-time, .7.00pm - 7.00am, 4 on / 4 off shift patterns.

The Controller works as part of the Operations Control team that plans and allocates the booked journeys to the Crews in a timely and efficient way providing support to Patient, Clients and Operations Patient Transfer teams in preparing and booking patient journeys, resolve potential issues with the Head of Operations/Service Delivery Managers.
