*Job Description*
*Roles & Responsibilities :*
*1. Accounting & Reporting*
* Support in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Assist in closing activities ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards (Ind-AS/IFRS).
* Work on reconciliations, journal entries, and schedules for audits.
* Budget planning and tracking of Corporate cost.
*2. Audit & Compliance*
* Support statutory and tax audit requirements by preparing documentation and coordinating with auditors.
* Assist in implementing accounting policies and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
*3. Internal Controls & Process Improvements*
* Participate in testing and monitoring of internal controls to ensure risk mitigation.
* Support process improvement initiatives and digitization/automation in controllership.
*4. Learning & Development*
* Actively engage in structured learning, mentorship, and on-the-job training.
* Gain exposure to global accounting practices and ERP systems (SAP/other tools).
* Take ownership of small projects and demonstrate capability to step into higher responsibilities over time.
*Qualifications*
* Educational qualification: *
Chartered Accountant or equivalent degree.
* Experience : *
1-2 years
* Mandatory/requires Skills: *
* Strong academic grounding in accounting principles, IFRS/Ind-AS, and taxation.
* Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Power BI with exposure to ERP tools (SAP preferred).
* Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and eagerness to learn.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
