Role Overview
The Controllership role is responsible for financial accounting, statutory compliance, audits, internal controls, and financial reporting. The role works closely with business, operations, and leadership teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability of financial processes
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Accounting & Closing:
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Ensure accounting in compliance with Ind AS
• Review journal entries, provisions, accruals, and reconciliations
• Maintain strong balance sheet hygiene including AR, AP, inventory, and provisions
2. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements
