Controlling and Reporting Lead

Overview

The Controlling Lead supports the operation through the examination of the costing, inventory, fixed asset functions, monthly reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting and special projects

Position Requirements

• Manage all standard costing and Bill of Material updates with ERP program, Infor M3
• Assist with the development of enhancements to the ERP system
• Analyze and recommend cost savings opportunities
• Ensure accuracy of inventory and part codes for Standard cost purposes
• Support Senior Management team with business planning through high caliber analysis of financial inputs including financial, labour reports.

Inventory Management

• Prepare and liaise with auditors during annual physical inventory
• Maintain and improve upon Computerized Accounting/Inventory Control systems with the ERP and Computerized Maintenance Management Software
