We are seeking a highly skilled and accountable Controlling specialist. The role will provide financial insight and support to the manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate cost analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting. This role is critical for driving cost efficiency, supporting decision-making, and maintaining compliance with local and corporate standards.
Key tasks:

  • Maintain and monitor standard costing systems for raw materials, labour, and overhead.
  • Analyse variances between actual and standard costs; provide explanations and corrective actions.
  • Prepare detailed product costing and margin analysis.
  • Assist in annual budget preparation for the plant, including production costs and overheads.
  • Support monthly and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Support monthly management accounts preparation.
  • Develop and perform monthly KPIs package for plant operations.
