Controls, Automation & SCADA Engineering Professionals

Hire Resolve is assisting industrial organizations in hiring experienced controls and automation professionals for multiple roles supporting PLC/HMI, SCADA, and OT systems across manufacturing and process environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and troubleshoot PLC logic, HMI screens, and SCADA integrations
• Commission automation systems and support plant/start-up activities
• Implement OT networking basics and industrial communications (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, OPC UA)
• Drive process optimization, downtime reduction, and control strategy improvements
• Maintain documentation, standards, and change control

Requirements

• BS in Electrical, Controls, Automation, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 7–15+ years in industrial automation/controls engineering
• PLC platforms (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA experience
• Hands-on commissioning and troubleshooting expertise
• Ability to support on-site needs and occasional travel
