  • Equipment Safety Validation

  • Verify hardware labeling (per EPLAN drawing packages)

  • Happy Path Commissioning (end to end functional flow)

  • HMI Functionality

  • Alarming

  • Fault Injection & Troubleshooting AGVs (Recovery sequences)

  • Interlocking

  • Prod/Cons with AGV

  • Prod/Cons with Line PLCs

  • Validate AGV Config (paths, parameters)

  • Validate Comms & Fleet Manager Setup

  • Commissioner App Checklists

  • Safety Buy offs

  • Redlining EPLAN packages for On Site Install
