Controls/Electrical Engineer (Entry Level)
Summary
You will contribute across three core areas—Troubleshooting, Electrical Design, and Software Design—for industrial automation equipment. The ideal candidate combines solid electrical fundamentals with a practical, hands‑on mindset and clear communication skills.
Troubleshooting
+ Apply fundamentals of electricity (measurement & analysis) to isolate wiring/component issues and recommend corrective actions.
+ Fully adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
+ Investigate issues methodically, select a course of action based on probability/impact, and leverage prior experience to filter solutions.
+ Manage time effectively; seek peer input before progress stalls.
+ Implement permanent fixes that leave equipment and documentation professional and complete.
+ Accurately capture redlines and follow update/release procedures.
