Job Description
The Project Controls Engineer will be responsible for overall leadership and ownership for planning and execution of capital investment for controls and power projects. Responsibility will extend from own project execution to managing groups of projects in designated plant areas through mentoring, training and guidance to other site project leaders and support members.
Responsible for delivery of assigned project objectives for scope, schedule, budget, and cash flow. Ensure daily activities are aligned with overall project priorities. Understand and comply with all site EHS, engineering and electrical standards. Contribute innovative ideas to improve safety, promote efficiency, reduce cost, and increase performance. Support or lead the initiative to replace obsolete PLCs. Engage with operational teams and other internal customers to ensure satisfaction of agreed objectives.
