Controls Engineer

Description Responsible for the design, implementation, testing and customer-site commissioning of controls equipment, machinery, software and automation systems working in a project team environment. Responsibilities Develops control and automation system designs by studying project concepts, objectives and requirements while evaluating products, technologies, and systems to meet project and customer specifications. Develops automation design plans by researching, analyzing, selecting and applying engineering concepts, control systems, robotics, PLCs, and other automation equipment. Designs and implements software for PLCs (Programable Logic Controllers), Robots, HMIs (Human Machine Interface) and other automation equipment based on project scope and requirements.
