A stable industrial manufacturer is seeking a Controls Engineer Lead to support plant reliability and improvement projects in a 24/7 production environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Troubleshoot and improve PLC/HMI, instrumentation, and motor/drive systems

  • Support maintenance and operations with safe, timely issue resolution

  • Lead controls upgrades and process/equipment improvement projects

  • Improve uptime through root cause, documentation, and standards

Ideal experience:

  • Plant-based controls/automation background

  • Strong PLC/HMI and VFD exposure

  • Comfortable in equipment-heavy, industrial processing environments

  • Hands-on, collaborative, and safety-focused
