To build new electrical panels and wire new and existing automated machines components including robots, programmable logic controllers, vision systems, servos and other new technologies • Troubleshoot and modify PLCs • Plans and performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical, robotic and pneumatic principles of operation, including onsite design. • Reads and interprets diagrams, drawings, specifications, and instructions to modify new and existing machines. Must have the ability to wire control panel and machine wiring using provided drawings. • Uses full range of measuring, gauging, analysis, machine and hand tools to modify new and existing machines and equipment. • Have the ability to learn to use a variety label printing machines. • Sets up and installs new equipment at DMTN and other outside DENSO companies. • Communicates with the electrical engineers and production engineer on problems, results and corrective actions during the build and installa...
