What You Will Do:

• Provide responsive and professional customer service, building long‑term relationships.
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, commissioning, and modification as requested.
• Inspect trend logs, reports, schedules, applications, hardware, and programming to maintain BAS.
• Support HVAC technicians with controls technical assistance.
• Create and implement programming and graphics for new installations and retrofits.
• Commission controls installations and verify sequences meet design scope.
• Provide training and follow‑up for customers and operations personnel.
• Complete work orders and review accuracy with customers.
