This role sits at the heart of our Fibre wholesale ecosystem, driving strong partnerships with Access Providers while ensuring seamless operational execution, commercial optimisation, and contractual governance. You will act as the single contact point between partners and internal teams, balancing growth, service quality, and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner (Access Providers) business management: Manage and strengthen business relationships with Access Providers for FTTx (Fibre to the Home (FTTH) and Fibre To The Office (FTTO)) and wholesale services.
• Enhance wholesale business models by introducing new services and improving commercial offerings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HSBB Access Providers, handling outages, address updates, and operational matters.
