Conversational AI Specialist

The Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Prompt Engineer / Conversational AI Specialist who excels at designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for AI systems. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of data architecture, and coding principles. This role requires excellent English fluency and the ability to translate business needs into effective AI interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, write, test, and optimize prompts for AI and LLM-based systems

• Develop structured prompt frameworks to improve accuracy, reliability, and performance

• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to align prompts with data architecture and system design

• Work with APIs, datasets, and code to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows

• Design and refine conversational flows for voice-based AI systems

• Analyze AI outputs and iterate on prompts based on performance metrics and user feedback

• Document prompt logic, data flows, and best practices

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in prompt engineering and natural language instruction design

• Solid understanding of data architecture, schemas, and data pipelines

• Proficiency in coding (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar languages)

• Experience working with AI/ML models or LLM-based systems

• Fluent English (written and spoken), with excellent communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on experience with voice AI platforms (e.g., conversational IVR, speech-to-text, text-to-speech systems)

• Familiarity with conversational design, dialogue management, and user intent modeling

• Experience integrating AI systems via APIs

• Background in AI, machine learning, data engineering, or software development

Nice to Have:

• Experience building or scaling AI-powered products

• Understanding of evaluation frameworks for AI responses

• Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
