Responsibilities

  • Consultative Discovery: Understand client goals, KPIs, regulatory restrictions, and channel policies.
  • Solution Design: Design conversational journeys (notifications, 2-way, interactive flows), opt-in/consent strategies, content governance, fallback mechanisms, and observability features.
  • Proof of Value (PoV): Plan and execute POCs (Proofs of Concept)/demos, and model ROI/impact (e.g., CTR/CVR, cost reduction, NPS).
  • Stakeholder Management: Drive alignment with Sales, Product, Professional Services, Support, Engineering, and Compliance teams, ensuring agreement on scope, roles/responsibilities (RACI), milestones, and acceptance criteria.
  • Implementation Planning: Assist in the preparation of the implementation plan (milestones, dependencies, risks, technical requirements) and address technical questions from prospects and clients during the sales cycle and kick-off phase.
