The role involves delivering onboarding and ongoing training, conducting role-plays and coaching, and managing conversion KPIs effectively. The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of experience in telemarketing operations and proven skills in agent training and coaching. Experience with BPO operations and a background in financial services or high-ticket sales is preferred.
