Preparation of all documentation for settlement Develop new and existing client relationships Have your own portfolio to step into straight away Receipting funds from clients Providing quotes to new clients Liaising with settlement agents, brokers, banks, agents involved in the settlement process The Criteria
Previous experience in settlements/conveyancing is essential Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Exceptional attention to detail Exceptional computer skills Ability to work well within a team environment
