We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to manage a caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion. Duties include handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity, drafting documents, liaising with clients and third parties. This role is based in Derby.

Monday-Friday 
£35-50k

Requirements:
  • You must be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Have experience running your own caseload
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently
