Conveyancer

Overview

We're recruiting a Conveyancer to join our nationally recognised Plot Sales team. You'll work with a client base that includes some of the UK's largest and most established developers.

In this role, you'll manage the full end‑to‑end plot sales process for your assigned clients, who range from regional housebuilders to major national developers. You'll also have the opportunity to work directly with clients, building strong relationships and contributing to their ongoing success.

As a Plot Sales Conveyancer you'll work on a varied portfolio for well-known, national developers including:

• Handing a caseload of new-build plot sales for a variety of regional and national housebuilders and residential developers.
• Handling part-exchange transactions for developers buying and selling part-exchange properties.
• Dealing with transactions for housing associations, legal charges, and all ancillary matters.
