Location: Powell River/qathet Regional District

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Salary Or Wage: $50,000 to $80,000 per year

Start Date: To be determined

Job Type: Part or Full Time

List of Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential and manufactured homes conveyancing with the ability to manage files independently.
  • Experience in commercial conveyancing is considered an asset.
  • Previous experience with GoVeyance, Unity, and Clio is an asset.
  • High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite of applications with the ability to adapt to and master new computer programs and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
