Location: Powell River/qathet Regional District
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Salary Or Wage: $50,000 to $80,000 per year
Start Date: To be determined
Job Type: Part or Full Time
List of Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential and manufactured homes conveyancing with the ability to manage files independently.
- Experience in commercial conveyancing is considered an asset.
- Previous experience with GoVeyance, Unity, and Clio is an asset.
- High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite of applications with the ability to adapt to and master new computer programs and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive, proactive, and dependable attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
