We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join our client based in their Sutton Coldfield office. This is a full time, permanent role. Please note this is an office based role.
  • £35-40k
  • Office Based 
  • 25 days holiday 
  • Onsite parking 
    • The Role:
  • Independently managing a full conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
  • Handling residential property transactions
  • Providing a high standard of client care throughout the process
    • Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience independently running your own conveyancing caseload
  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process
  • Ability to manage files efficiently and work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
