Technical Advisor – Residential Conveyancing
Location:  Gateshead, Tyne and Wear
Salary:  £48,000 – £50,000 (dependant on experience) + excellent benefits (including 26 days holidays + statutory and free parking)
Hours:  Full-time; 9am- 5pm, flexible working hours available

A respected law firm in Gateshead is seeking an experienced Conveyancer  to join their team as a Technical Advisor  within the Residential Conveyancing department.

This is a unique opportunity for a senior conveyancing professional with at least 15 years’ experience  to step away from the demands of fee earning, client management, and caseload targets. Instead, you’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance and best practice standards across the team.
