Responsibilities

• Independent management of 20-25 transactions per month, including sales, purchases, mortgages, refinances, and commercial loans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a law firm
• Strong knowledge of BC conveyancing
• Conveyancer with Commercial Lending experience

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $50,000-$75,000 (commensurate with experience)
