Job Description

We are a small conveyancing firm located on the Mornington Peninsula, looking for a conveyancing assistant to join our friendly team.

The role will include a hybrid of administrative and conveyancing duties, including -

  • General reception/administration tasks

  • Opening files, preparation of documents, undertaking client VOIs

  • Liaising with clients, agents and other third parties involved in the transaction

  • Providing overall assistance to the conveyancers during the conduct of transactions

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the industry and be familiar with the conveyancing process. Experience using conveyancing software systems, Duties Online and PEXA is also strongly preferred.

A high attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to interact with clients in both a professional and friendly manner are also essential qualities required for this position. ...
