Conveyancing Paralegal


Adecco are delighted to be working with a legal client who are seeking a talented and motivated Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional and supportive environment, where you will contribute to the success of their thriving Conveyancing department.


Responsibilities:



  • Assisting fee-earners in managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

  • Carrying out property searches, speaking with clients, and drafting sale contracts.

  • Preparing and submitting stamp duty land tax returns and land registry applications.

  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure a smooth transaction process.

  • Assisting with post-completion matters, including file closure, billing, and administrative tasks.
