Role: COO / Head – Operations & Quality

Our client is a quality-driven generics pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation with a strong presence in regulated global markets. As part of its leadership expansion, the organisation is appointing a COO / Head – Operations & Quality to lead manufacturing excellence, quality governance, and operational transformation.

This role has end-to-end responsibility for manufacturing operations, quality (QA, QC, and regulatory compliance), supply chain, and engineering across multiple sites. The business objective is clear: deliver consistently high-quality products with strong cost efficiency .
