Senia Hotel Group is a growing Greek hospitality group built on people, relationships, and over 20 years of genuine hospitality in Paros. Our philosophy is rooted in respect for our guests, our teams, and the unique destination we serve.

Our flagship property, Senia Hotel Paros, is a boutique five-star hotel in Naoussa, known for its warm atmosphere, authentic Cycladic character, and consistently high service standards. Over the years, Senia has built a strong reputation through meaningful guest experiences and long-lasting connections.

In 2025, the Group expanded with the opening of Aegean Colours Hotel Paros. Alongside our hotels, we also manage a select portfolio of luxury villas and real estate properties, always applying the same people-first approach. With two additional hotel openings planned for 2027, the Group continues to grow thoughtfully and sustainably.

For the 2026 season, we are looking for a Cook A or B who brings passion to the kitchen and respect to the team—someone who works with focus and consistency, supports colleagues during service, and believes that great food is created in an environment of collaboration, care, and mutual trust.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Cook A or B in professional kitchen environments, preferably within hospitality settings where quality and consistency matter
  • A genuine love for cooking and food, with respect for ingredients, technique, and presentation
  • Strong team spirit, with the ability to work side by side with colleagues, support the brigade during service, and contribute to a positive, respectful kitchen culture
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering dishes that reflect care, craftsmanship, and standards
  • Willingness to learn, evolve, and grow within a team that values collaboration and shared success
  • Basic knowledge of English for daily communication; additional languages are a plus
  • Professional attitude, flexibility, reliability, and a true passion for cooking, teamwork, and hospitality from the heart
