As a cook, do you prepare and present our guests the most delicious dishes in Bastion Hotel Zaandam? Do you make every meal a delicious experience, but do you also take care of the standards? We are happy to welcome you as our new colleague cook.

Activities

  • As a cook you are the first point of contact for employees in the kitchen;
  • You are also responsible for the preparation of dishes;
  • You are responsible for time management of the incoming receipts. You ensure that these are prepared on a tight schedule, so that all guests can eat well;
  • All Bastion Hotels have the same menu;
  • You provide leadership and guidance to the kitchen staff;
  • You provide a clean kitchen every day that meets the hygiene requirements.

  • A chef's training (or other relevant training), for example basic cook or cook level 1, 2 or 3 is an advantage but not a must;
