Activities
As a cook you are the first point of contact for employees in the kitchen; You are also responsible for the preparation of dishes; You are responsible for time management of the incoming receipts. You ensure that these are prepared on a tight schedule, so that all guests can eat well; All Bastion Hotels have the same menu; You provide leadership and guidance to the kitchen staff; You provide a clean kitchen every day that meets the hygiene requirements.
