Job Description:
  • Internship/ Training under J1 Exchange Program
  • Preparing food items and assisting the chef in preparing and cooking meals.
     
  • Must be able to work in any section of a kitchen.
     
  • Participate in various Line cooking techniques, such as chopping, dicing, grilling, sautéing, frying, and baking.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized cooking area.
  • Anticipate and address guest needs
  • Candidate Requirements:
  • Age between 18 to 28 years
  • Min. 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Must have a one year diploma or 3 years degree in hospitality.
  • Good English language skills
  • Salary: 16 - 22 US$ / hourWorking hours: 40 hours / week
