What is the role about?
As a Cook, your passion for creating visually appealing and delicious dishes will ensure our guests enjoy an outstanding experience every time they visit our restaurants.
You will report directly to the Sous Chef.Your day-to-day
* Prepare and present all dishes in line with established recipes and presentation standards.
* Ensure the kitchen, as well as food storage and product areas, are kept clean and well organized at all times.
* Monitor food and supply stock levels, reporting when new purchases are required.
* Comply with all HACCP food safety regulations.
* Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
* Report any issues related to storage areas or refrigerators to the maintenance department when necessary. What we expect from you
* 2+ years of experience as a Cook in a 4-star (or higher) hotel or fine dining restaurant.
