Job Summary
The Cook is responsible for preparation and assistance in service of all meals to clients, staff and guests within the organization.
Job Duties / Essential Functions
Follow weekly cycle menus and production worksheets while recording daily food preparation amounts and usages to include special diets. Prepare hot and cold food working with a basic standardized recipe system. Record daily food, refrigeration and dishwasher temperatures. Assure overall sanitation and general cleaning of serving areas. All other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications (Education, Training and Experiences)
