What you will do:

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will work from our very own Food Truck, or 'kitchen on wheels', located onsite at the Blue Dolphin Resort! Join the team and become the heart of the truck!! Cook, prep, serve, clean, laugh and create!

This position requires a culinary background and the ability to efficiently manage all aspects of food preparation and service. Servicing the onsite cafe for resort guests; breakfast, lunch and dinner, this is a casual position. The hours available will be variable across service, from 15 and up to 38 hours per week as needed.

  • Ensure all aspects of food preparation, cooking and presenting of dishes according to Resort guidelines and customer preferences
  • Liaise with kitchen staff, food service/bar staff and Head Chef regarding customers order and general service of kitchen operations
