As our Cook during our Breakfast service, you will play an essential role in demonstrating the “Passion for Excellence” through serving our guests with flair and professionalism, ensure all guests are provided with personalised service and embody the art of French hospitality through a “can do” attitude. Other duties include, but not limited to:
- Knowledge of all basic cooking methods including preparation of meats, vegetables and fruits.
- Assist in setting up station for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
- Assist in preparing, cooking, and plating menu items and special requests from guests.
- Assist in preparing and setting up breakfast in the Atelier by Sofitel Restaurant according to hotel and Sofitel Breakfast guidelines.
