Job Description
**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**
The Cook ensures all guests receive the highest quality food items served from an immaculate kitchen in a timely manner.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
+ Prepares menu items as ordered for restaurant patrons and strictly adhering to recipe guidelines,
+ Ensures all prepared menu items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100% of the time.
+ Rings all prepared menu items through the POS system.
+ Restocks work station with food products as needed.
+ Follows proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by health department.
+ Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
+ Adheres to Ecosure standards at all times.
+ Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines at all times
+ Completes and abides by all training requirements.
+ ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
