Casual cooks needed to support kitchen operations across venues, preparing quality food in a collaborative team at Lakeside Hotel.

THE ROLE

We are looking for casual Cooks to join our growing Food and Beverage team. This will be a great opportunity to work within a strong team to develop your career in a culinary operation.
 

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be a working alongside a team of chefs & cooks to deliver the kitchen’s operations on all menus across our venues including Lachlan’s Restaurant, Brew Café, and Events & Catering.

Duties include:

  • Assisting other chefs when required for the smooth operation of the kitchen through preparing, cooking and serving food

  • Safety and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and surroundings
