Purpose & Summary:

To provide patron satisfaction in our restaurant that revolves around preparing food for recipe execution, appearance, and quality of food to lead to an overall great dining experience for the patrons.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by BP’s gold standard
  • Has understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the station
  • Responsible for maintaining all equipment machines to prepare food including powering on and off at the beginning and close of the restaurant
