Summary About the Position: This position is located at the Logistics Readiness Center (LRC), U.S. Military Academy, West Point. Located in the scenic Hudson River valley, only 50 miles from New York City, the U.S. Military Academy at West Point is a four-year academic institution, a nationally-renowned historic site, and the oldest continuously occupied military post in America. The undergraduates, known as cadets, are commissioned as officers in the US Army upon graduation. Responsibilities Perform a broad range of cooking or reheating of items from a pre-cooked/pre-prepared/leftover state including the full array of meats, starches, fruit, and vegetables. Follow recipe guidelines, established menus, food preparation procedures, cooking instructions, codes and regulations.
