Job Description

  • Supports the Market Center with the day-to-day operations

  • Provides outstanding customer service and maintain a continuous focus on customer service

  • Builds and maintains close relationships and coordination with plant management to quickly resolve issues and other related opportunities 

  • Through implementation and execution of company safety initiatives, create an environment where safety is a primary concern 

  •  Supports Route Sales Representatives as needed

  • Conducts sizing's of new employees as needed

  • Conducts In/Out counts when asked by Plant Manager

  • Supports the market center with ant and all locker projects or new installs

  • Establish direct sale opportunities within covered plants

  • Drives and supports all Market Center initiatives

  • Performs other duties as required or assigned by management
