Overview

JOB SUMMARY: Ensures inventory control between MRP system and Import Export system, reconciles all variances between both. Maintains HTS classification & systems to be in compliance with Emerson guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Generates inventory control reports from LES and Import export systems, & reconciles all variances between both reports.
• Administrates BOM’s factors & import export system. Weekly / monthly Scrap & Yield verification
• Ensures correct discharge of Mexican source suppliers, virtual & definite imports.
• Ensure discharge of expense items between MRP system and import export system
• Verifies HTS classification between MRP system and import export system
• Validates maintenance, updates in import export systems.
• Supports Customs broker score card for US & Mexico
• Must be updated in all US and Mexican Customs compliance laws.
