Role Responsibilities:

Reporting to Senior Collection Manager and supported by the Risk Management organization, this position will lead and manage the entire in-house collection multichannel process. With responsability over than 200+ collectors, this position is key to ensure credit losess targets are met, main Responsabilities:

Responsible to achieve collections recovery goals for different collections stages for preventive and recovery stages.

Identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement in agent performance and portfolio behaivor and provide insights to senior leadership.

Track KPIs such as recovery, efficiency and productivity.

Implement corrective actions when perfromance deviates from targets.

Flawless execution of Didi´s collection policies and procedures in a highly regulated compliance enviornment. Oversees adherence to compliance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
