Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and consistent attendance and enrollment records.
- Manage and organize enrollment forms, ensuring all required documents are complete and compliant.
- Support reconciliation across funding, academic, and compliance systems.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of internal data systems, platforms, and intake processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data and forms are clean, accurate, and reporting-ready.
- Prepare data and forms for audits, assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Meet reporting deadlines and suggest process improvements for efficiency.
- Learn and adapt quickly to new tools and reporting systems.
