KitchenSync’s Payroll Coordinators are the liaisons and quality control specialists responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. They work directly with clients, client employees, our data processing team, human resources, and our payroll processing software partners. Our Payroll Coordinators work across several databases, cross-checking and analyzing payroll-related data for technical and commonsense accuracy.
Common areas of involvement include editing live payroll information, correcting and updating employee demographic, tax, and wage data, reviewing time-cards, running payroll reports, answering employee questions, and disseminating information across functional internal teams.
