Position : Coordinating Doctor Location : Mexico City, Mexico – International SOS General Objective of the Position: Responsible for providing professional and effective assistance services to International SOS clients who contact the Response Center, adhering to the highest standards of excellence. ______________________________________________________________________________________ Looking for Doctors w/ Emergency care experience to join International SOS in March 2026 Full-Time at our Mexico City, Mexico (Polanco area) office! Responsibilities: Operations Provide empathetic and high-quality service to company clients Receive and assess relevant medical calls from clients Gather logistical, medical, and collateral histories related to the medical event/incident Offer telephone medical evaluation and consultation to designated patients worldwide, assessing and monitoring treatment suitability at their location Advise callers, family members, employers, employees, insurance companies, and other clients Prepare medical reports, arrange referrals, monitor patient conditions, recommend appropriate medical transport methods, and track their progress Required Skills and Knowledge Customer focus Telephone etiquette Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage own schedule and time to meet objectives Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Required Work Experience Minimum 3 years of clinical medical experience Preferred experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine Remote medical practice preferred Telemedicine practice Required Certifications Licensed Medical Doctor Valid ACLS and BLS certifications Required Languages Native Spanish Advanced English
