Position : Coordinating Doctor

Location : Mexico City, Mexico – International SOS

General Objective of the Position:

Responsible for providing professional and effective assistance services to International SOS clients who contact the Response Center, adhering to the highest standards of excellence.

Looking for Doctors w/ Emergency care experience to join International SOS in March 2026 Full-Time at our Mexico City, Mexico (Polanco area) office!

Responsibilities:

Operations

• Provide empathetic and high-quality service to company clients
• Receive and assess relevant medical calls from clients
• Gather logistical, medical, and collateral histories related to the medical event/incident
• Offer telephone medical evaluation and consultation to designated patients worldwide, assessing and monitoring treatment suitability at their location
• Advise callers, family members, employers, employees, insurance companies, and other clients
• Prepare medical reports, arrange referrals, monitor patient conditions, recommend appropriate medical transport methods, and track their progress

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage own schedule and time to meet objectives
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office

Required Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years of clinical medical experience
• Preferred experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine
• Remote medical practice preferred
• Telemedicine practice

Required Certifications

• Licensed Medical Doctor
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications

Required Languages

• Native Spanish
• Advanced English
