Position Summary:
Position is responsible for entry level processing of indirect invoices and assistance of direct invoices for company vendors. Will be the owner of incoming mail.
Essential Functions:
- Process vendor invoices, investigate and resolve discrepancies and reconcile vendor accounts
- Participates in organization's process improvement projects
Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Working knowledge of accounts payable processes preferred
**Experience**:
- 0-3 years of AP experience in a manufacturing environment.
- SAP or other ERP experience is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel)
- Able to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Able to prioritize tasks with the help of management
