About the Role

As the Coordinator Assets , you will oversee the management, maintenance, and lifecycle of Job Pathways’ physical assets, including vehicles, properties, and equipment. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers to ensure assets are procured, maintained, and disposed of efficiently and in line with organisational policies and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Management

• Maintain accurate records of all physical assets, including vehicles, properties, and equipment
• Coordinate procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of assets
• Manage repairs and maintenance for leased and owned properties
• Conduct regular audits and provide reports on asset performance and lifecycle
• Manage lease agreements and contracts related to assets
