Job Responsibilities
  • Supporting the head of brands on divisional projects and matters
  • Preparing visual dashboards with key performance indicators for the categories
  • Analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data and converting it into presentations
  • Supporting the brand manager in reviewing data for the development of brand budgets and purchasing plans
  • Preparing quarterly brand/divisional activities
  • Consolidating reports on brand sales, inventory management, highlighting slow and fast-moving sellers, and ageing stock
  • Managing stock delivery schedules in coordination with logistics
  • Managing stock allocations in each POS and preparing stock-to-sales ratios
  • Coordinating with finance, warehouse teams, and POSM deliveries and allocations to locations
  • Coordinating with the VM/marketing team to ensure the timely display of new arrivals and highlighting new arrivals
